레디&루디(이하 '앱')는 아이가 카메라 앞에서 몸을 움직여 노는 게임 앱입니다. 앱은 회원 가입이나 로그인이 없고, 개발자는 이름·이메일·사진·영상 같은 개인정보를 서버로 모으지 않습니다.
1. 카메라
카메라 영상은 아이의 몸 자세(관절 위치)를 알아보는 데에만 쓰이고, 기기 안에서 실시간으로 처리됩니다. 영상은 저장하거나 개발자 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
자세 인식은 iOS에서는 Apple Vision, Android에서는 Google MediaPipe가 기기 안에서 합니다. 인식 결과(관절 위치)도 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
Android 앱은 MediaPipe의 사용 통계 전송 기능을 꺼 두었습니다(MediaPipe 공개 소스를 직접 빌드할 때의 기본 설정과 같습니다). 그래서 MediaPipe는 Google로 아무 정보도 보내지 않습니다.
2. 하이라이트 영상(iOS)
부모님이 켜면 놀이 장면이 기기 안에 짧은 영상으로 만들어집니다. 사진 앱 저장이나 공유는 어른 확인을 거친 '부모님' 메뉴에서 부모님이 직접 할 때만 일어나며, 개발자는 그 영상을 받지 않습니다.
3. 기기에 저장되는 정보
언어·음성 등 설정, 오늘 움직인 시간 같은 놀이 기록, 맛보기 사용 여부, 노는 날 수와 놀이별 하루 판 수, 오늘의 무료 놀이, 구매한 상품은 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 개발자는 이 정보를 받지 않습니다.
iOS: 앱을 다시 설치해도 무료 놀이 규칙이 이어지도록 노는 날 수·하루 판 수·맛보기 사용 여부·오늘의 무료 놀이를 이 기기의 키체인에도 저장합니다. 이 항목은 이 기기에만 있고 iCloud로 동기화되지 않으며, 앱을 지워도 기기에 남을 수 있습니다.
Android: 기기에서 Google 백업이 켜져 있으면 설정·놀이 기록 파일 하나(save.json)만 Android 자동 백업으로 사용자의 Google 계정에 백업될 수 있습니다. 이 백업은 Google이 사용자 계정에 보관하며 개발자는 볼 수 없습니다. 카메라 영상과 하이라이트 영상은 백업에 들어가지 않으며, 백업은 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
알림: 부모님이 '부모님' 메뉴에서 켜면 '오늘의 무료 놀이 알림'과 '잠자리 스트레칭 알림'을 기기 안에서만 예약합니다. 서버 푸시나 푸시 토큰을 쓰지 않으며, 알림 때문에 개발자에게 보내는 정보는 없습니다. 알림은 기본으로 꺼져 있고, '부모님' 메뉴나 기기 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
4. 결제
놀이 하나, 테마 팩, 전체 열기 결제는 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 처리합니다. 개발자는 카드 등 결제 정보를 받지 않으며, 앱은 무엇을 구매했는지만 기기에서 확인합니다. 결제 정보 처리는 각 스토어의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. Google Play 결제 라이브러리가 보내는 정보(Android)
Android 앱에서 Google로 정보를 보낼 수 있는 것은 Google Play 결제 라이브러리 하나뿐입니다. 이 라이브러리는 Google이 Play 결제를 처리하고 오류를 진단하도록 라이브러리의 진단 정보를 Google로 보낼 수 있습니다. 여기에는 기기 모델·OS 버전 같은 기기 정보, 앱 패키지 이름·버전, 언어·국가·네트워크 종류 같은 정보가 포함될 수 있고, Google 서버는 통신 과정에서 IP 주소를 받습니다. 카메라 영상, 자세 인식 결과, 아이를 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.
개발자는 이 정보를 받지 않으며, 광고·프로파일링이나 아이에게 연락하는 데 쓰지 않습니다. 이 정보는 결제 서비스 운영과 오류 분석을 위해 Google의 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)에 따라 처리됩니다. 동작 인식에 쓰는 Google MediaPipe는 위 1항처럼 통계 전송을 꺼 두어 정보를 보내지 않습니다.
6. 광고·분석
앱에는 광고가 없고, 개발자가 넣은 분석 도구나 광고 식별자 사용도 없습니다.
7. 아동
앱은 보호자와 함께 쓰는 아동용 앱입니다. 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 결제·영상 저장과 공유·언어 설정은 어른 확인을 거친 '부모님' 메뉴에만 있습니다.
개발자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 그래서 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 하는 개인정보 처리가 없습니다.
미국 아동 온라인 개인정보 보호법(COPPA): 개발자는 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 5항의 Google Play 결제 라이브러리 진단 정보는 결제 서비스 운영과 오류 분석(서비스 내부 운영 지원)에만 쓰이며, 광고·프로파일링이나 아이에게 연락하는 데 쓰이지 않습니다.

Redi & Ludi Privacy Policy

Redi & Ludi (the "App") is a game in which children play by moving their bodies in front of the camera. The App has no sign-up or login, and the developer does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, photos or videos on any server.
1. Camera
Camera video is used only to recognize the child's body pose (joint positions) and is processed in real time on the device. Video is not stored or sent to the developer.
Pose recognition runs on the device using Apple Vision on iOS and Google MediaPipe on Android. The recognition results (joint positions) never leave the device either.
In the Android app, MediaPipe's usage-statistics reporting is turned off (the same as the default when MediaPipe is built from its open source code), so MediaPipe sends no information to Google.
2. Highlight videos (iOS)
If a parent turns the feature on, short highlight videos of play are created on the device. Saving to Photos or sharing happens only when a parent does it in the Parents menu, which is behind a grown-up check. The developer never receives these videos.
3. Information stored on the device
Settings (such as language and voice), play records (such as today's active time), free-trial use, the number of play days and daily rounds per game, Today's Free Game, and purchased items are stored on the device. The developer does not receive this information.
iOS: So that the free-play rules continue after the App is reinstalled, the number of play days, daily rounds, free-trial use and Today's Free Game are also stored in this device's Keychain. This item stays on this device only, is not synced to iCloud, and may remain on the device after the App is deleted.
Android: If Google backup is turned on for the device, only one settings and play-record file (save.json) may be backed up to the user's Google Account by Android Auto Backup. Google keeps this backup in the user's account; the developer cannot see it. Camera video and highlight videos are never included, and backup can be turned off in the device settings.
Notifications: If a parent turns them on in the Parents menu, the "Today's free game reminder" and "Bedtime stretch reminder" are scheduled on the device only. The App uses no server push or push tokens, and no information is sent to the developer for notifications. Notifications are off by default and can be turned off at any time in the Parents menu or the device settings.
4. Purchases
Purchases of a single game, a theme pack or Unlock All Games are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The developer does not receive payment details; the App only checks on the device what was purchased. Payment information is handled under each store's privacy policy.
5. Information sent by the Google Play Billing Library (Android)
In the Android app, the only component that may send information to Google is the Google Play Billing Library. It may send diagnostic information about the library to Google so that Google can process Google Play purchases and diagnose errors. This may include device information (such as device model and OS version), the app package name and version, and information such as language, country and network type; Google's servers also receive the IP address as part of the connection. It does not include camera video, pose recognition results or information that identifies a child.
The developer does not receive this information and does not use it for advertising, profiling or contacting a child. It is handled by Google to operate the payment service and analyze errors, under Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Google MediaPipe, which is used for motion recognition, sends no information because its statistics reporting is turned off, as described in section 1.
6. Ads and analytics
The App has no ads. The developer does not add analytics tools or use advertising identifiers.
7. Children
The App is made for children to use with a parent or guardian. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases, saving and sharing videos, and language settings are available only in the Parents menu, behind a grown-up check.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, United States): the developer does not collect personal information from children under 13. The Google Play Billing Library diagnostic information described in section 5 is used only to operate the payment service and analyze errors (support for internal operations) and is not used for advertising, profiling or contacting a child.
Korea (Personal Information Protection Act): the developer does not collect personal information from children under 14, so there is no processing that requires the consent of a legal guardian.

Android版でGoogleに情報を送信することがあるのは、Google Play Billing Libraryだけです。このライブラリは、GoogleがGoogle Playの決済を処理し、エラーを診断できるように、ライブラリの診断情報をGoogleに送信することがあります。これには端末の機種・OSバージョンなどの端末情報、アプリのパッケージ名・バージョン、言語・国・ネットワークの種類などの情報が含まれる場合があり、Googleのサーバーは通信の際にIPアドレスを受け取ります。カメラ映像、姿勢認識の結果、子どもを特定できる情報は含まれません。
米国の児童オンラインプライバシー保護法（COPPA）：開発者は13歳未満の子どもの個人情報を収集しません。5項のGoogle Play Billing Libraryの診断情報は、決済サービスの運営とエラーの分析（サービスの内部運営の支援）のためだけに使われ、広告・プロファイリングや子どもへの連絡には使われません。
